Veeva CRM Manager Job Description

Viatris is a global healthcare company that empowers people to live healthier at every stage of life. We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva CRM Manager to join our Global IT Commercial Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technology solutions that support our Sales Force Automation (SFA), including Salesforce and Veeva.
  • Oversee technical solutioning, working with the team to improve functionality challenges.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to understand development and code changes.
  • Review business processes and offer technical solutions to solve problems in CRM.
What You Will Be Doing:

As a Veeva CRM Manager, you will play a key role in streamlining our global CRM landscape. You will work with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery, and get the most value from the platform. You will be responsible for the design and documentation associated with the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce and Veeva CRM.
  • Ability to lead technical conversations and propose solutions to the development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with technical Proof of Concept and technical UAT.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to offer technical solutions to solve problems in CRM.
