About the Role

The Veeva CRM Manager is a key position within the Global IT Commercial Development team, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, including Salesforce and Veeva CRM.

This role will play a crucial part in managing digital channels in SFA, such as Remote Engagement, Rep Triggered Email, and integration with Omnichannel platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical solutioning for Veeva CRM, working closely with the team to improve functionality challenges.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to understand development and code changes.
  • Review business processes and offer technical solutions to solve problems in CRM.
  • Play the lead technical role for Veeva CRM, reviewing business requirements, proposing solutions to the development teams, and driving technical conversations to streamline our global CRM landscape.
  • Work with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery.
