Job Title: Technical Architect, Salesforce Customer Success

At Importante Empresa, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer success through our Salesforce Customer Success Group. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team in Madrid, Barcelona.

About the Role

As a Technical Architect, you will collaborate with our customers and partners to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting solutions that meet our customers' business needs and drive their success.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business and technical requirements to guide technical discussions and define implementation approaches.
  • Develop and implement solutions, including configuration and coding, to meet customer needs.
  • Lead diverse teams of resources in technical delivery aspects and contribute to the growth of our consulting practice.
  • Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, to drive customer success and growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • A passion for redefining businesses through technology and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain, such as CRM or ERP.
  • Hands-on coding experience in object-oriented languages.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
