Job Description:
As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels. You will identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
You will develop effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities, utilizing multiple channels such as email, phone calls, social media, and industry events to engage with prospects and initiate sales conversations.
Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
You will collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising campaigns and strategies that align with their goals and objectives, monitoring campaign performance and providing regular updates to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- C1 level of English
- Native level of Swedish
- Fluency in other Nordic languages would be a plus
Benefits:
- Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week
- Salary: €28,600 per year (including up to €4,290 in performance bonus)
- Work from the office from Monday to Friday is required
