About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at Omega CRM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our Sales Director to create and implement sales plans that drive growth and expansion of our customer base.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships, working closely with our Industry Product Lead.
  3. Account Management: Maintain relationships with our SF Account Executives and stay up-to-date on SF updates to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  4. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for our existing clients, focusing on delivering value and driving revenue growth.
  5. Commercial Offer Preparation: Lead the negotiation, preparation, and presentation of commercial offers to assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  6. Customer Communication: Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales, including collaboration with other teams as needed.
  7. Strategy and Objectives Alignment: Share sales strategies, objectives, and customer digital transformation roadmaps with our Product Managers for assigned accounts.
  8. Project Management: Collaborate with our Project Manager/Delivery Manager to ensure successful project execution, attending progress demos, participating in management committees, and resolving customer-related impediments.
  9. Scope Expansion and Project Monitoring: Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts and monitor project progress in assigned accounts, focusing on budget and timeline deviations.
  10. Billing and Financial Management: Manage billing processes for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  11. Success Story Development: Draft success stories and send SF satisfaction surveys to customers, highlighting the value delivered and driving customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion.
  2. Salesforce Ecosystem Experience: Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  3. Business and Technology Consulting Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business and technology consulting, with a focus on driving business growth and transformation.
  4. Project Management Experience: Previous experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
  5. Digital Project Experience: Experience working on digital projects, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  6. International Project Experience: Experience working on international projects, with a strong understanding of global markets and customer needs.
  7. Language Skills: High level of English proficiency, with other European languages a plus.
