Main Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our Sales Director to create and implement sales plans that drive growth and expansion of our customer base.

- Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for our existing clients, focusing on delivering value and driving revenue growth.
- Commercial Offer Preparation: Lead the negotiation, preparation, and presentation of commercial offers to assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Customer Communication: Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales, including collaboration with other teams as needed.
- Strategy and Objectives Alignment: Share sales strategies, objectives, and customer digital transformation roadmaps with our Product Managers for assigned accounts.
- Project Management: Collaborate with our Project Manager/Delivery Manager to ensure successful project execution, attending progress demos, participating in management committees, and resolving customer-related impediments.
- Scope Expansion and Project Monitoring: Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts and monitor project progress in assigned accounts, focusing on budget and timeline deviations.
- Billing and Financial Management: Manage billing processes for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Success Story Development: Draft success stories and send SF satisfaction surveys to customers, highlighting the value delivered and driving customer satisfaction.
- Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion.
- Salesforce Ecosystem Experience: Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Business and Technology Consulting Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business and technology consulting, with a focus on driving business growth and transformation.
- Project Management Experience: Previous experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
- Digital Project Experience: Experience working on digital projects, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- International Project Experience: Experience working on international projects, with a strong understanding of global markets and customer needs.
- Language Skills: High level of English proficiency, with other European languages a plus.
