About the Role

Olympus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of our medical equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their equipment is available when required.
  • Logistics Management: Manage the logistics of repairs and loans, including collection, administration, and distribution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the repair and loan process, resulting in increased uptime.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to introduce new products and drive future sales.
  • Face of the Company: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Electronic or Electrical Engineering qualification as per country requirement.
  • Experience: Desirable background in multi-vendor equipment or experience in engineering roles, with previous experience in large healthcare projects and onsite support for medical equipment.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work on own initiative, and proactive approach to change.
  • Travel: Travel is a requirement of this role, and a full, clean driving license is essential.
