Role Summary:
The Medical Education Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality education programs for employees and medical professionals in the Electrophysiology (EP) franchise. This role will focus on creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education programs for employees and medical professionals in the EP franchise.
- Create training materials, including course content, lesson plans, and training aids.
- Conduct training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
- Manage internal and customer education programs, including logistics and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends in medical education and ensure compliance with governing agency guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in medical education or a related field.
- EP, 3D mapping, PFA, and Single Shot field support experience and expertise required.
- Training and medical education background highly valued.
- Experience in developing e-learning programs and digital content highly valued.
- University degree or equivalent required.
