Key Responsibilities

  • Service Strategy and Activity Planning
    • Assist the Service Manager in developing and implementing service strategies and policies.
    • Plan and implement key customer care activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Technical Support and Training
    • Provide efficient and high-quality technical support to customers and distributors via service hotline, email, or other online platforms.
    • Implement training programs for customers and distributors to ensure they have the necessary skills to use our medical equipment effectively.
  • Project Coordination and Support
    • Assist in large projects throughout the entire project life-cycle to provide support from the service side.
    • Coordinate big project implementation as the service contact person between service and internal/external project partners.
  • Service Channel Management
    • Develop and manage local service channels (distributors and service providers) in Spain and Portugal.
    • Manage service agreement signing and service qualification assessment and development.
  • Technical Management
    • Monitor local failure trends and report to local and HQ management.
    • Manage important technical issue processing and escalate to HQ.
    • Collect, summarize, and report HQ needs regarding product function and serviceability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the medical equipment industry.
  • Experience with biochemistry, chemistry analyzers, immunoassay systems, hematology analyzers, or TLA systems product service experience.
