Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and well-versed service expert to join our team as a Field Service Engineer at Mindray India. As a key member of our ultra-ambitious team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Strategy and Activity Planning:
Assist the Service Manager in developing and implementing service strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective technical support to customers. - Technical Support and Training:
Provide expert technical support to customers via various channels, including remote and onsite support, and implement training programs to enhance the skills of customers, distributors, and service providers. - Project Coordination and Support:
Collaborate with internal and external project partners to provide service support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results. - Service Channel Management:
Develop and manage local service channels, including distributors and service providers, to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Technical Management:
Monitor local failure trends, report to management, and manage important technical issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in the medical equipment industry, with a strong background in biochemistry, chemistry analyzers, immunoassay systems, hematology analyzers, or TLA systems product service experience.
