About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team as a Ventilation and Anaesthesia Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ventilation and anaesthesia equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote service contracts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in ventilation and anaesthesia equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a field service role, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ventilation and anaesthesia equipment, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
