Job Summary

Mindray is seeking a highly experienced and well-versed PMLS expert to join our team as a Field Service Engineer in Spain. As a key member of our ultra-ambitious team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support to distributors' engineers and end-users
  • Offer internal technical support to the service sales and operation department
  • Deliver field service to end-users across Spain and Portugal
  • Manage the effective service area, promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals
  • Take a project management role for installations within assigned service territory
  • Complete all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with tender opportunities as technical support
  • Maintain tools and test equipment properly
  • Liaise with the Service Supervisor/Manager to ensure calibration
  • Maintain spare parts inventory, company vehicle, and other company equipment and supplies
  • Occasionally train clinical staff on designated equipment
  • Track and maintain both parts and loaner inventories allocated to them

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in anaesthesia field service
  • Thorough knowledge of Defibrillators, Patient Monitors, and other medical device capital equipment
  • Experience working in Spain, requiring no company sponsorship
  • Experience providing training on medical devices capital equipment
