Job Title: Field Service Engineer, Spain

At NSI Mobile Water Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mobile water treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation: Set up and install equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
  • Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair equipment if it breaks down or experiences technical issues.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
  • Training: Offer training to customers or rental staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory of rental equipment and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Reporting: Provide feedback to rental companies on equipment performance and condition.
Requirements:
  • Formación Profesional (F.P.)/Vocational Diploma in Engineering or equivalent mechanical and electrical work experience.
  • Proven work experience as Field Service Engineer (in the water industry) or a similar role.
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Good level of English language to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Good level of Spanish language.
  • Knowledge of Google Application Suite and/or Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Capability to work across cultures, borders, and different methods of executing business within an international team.
  • Physical Fitness - Ability to drive and work in various physically demanding environments.
