About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team as a Ventilation and Anaesthesia Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ventilation and anaesthesia equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service contracts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Work closely with the service supervisor/manager to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a field-based service role within ventilation and anaesthesia capital equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ventilation and anaesthesia equipment, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently throughout Spain.
