We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Solar P. Equipment Procurement Specialist. As a key member of our Capital Equipment Procurement team, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing competitive bid processes and negotiation of BESS Equipment contracts.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the acquisition of BESS Equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate supply chain agreements with key suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and mutual understanding.
- Provide guidance on global and local BESS Equipment markets and technologies, participating in negotiation of supply contracts and supporting project development.
- Administer all BESS Equipment and O&M agreements, ensuring timely delivery, quality inspections, and contractual requirements fulfillment.
- Proven experience in procurement and negotiation of renewable energy equipment, with a strong understanding of BESS technology.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to distill and synthesize large amounts of data.
- Strong knowledge of solar and BESS equipment markets, technologies, and contracts.
- Previous experience in contract management and administration.
