Job Summary

Ressources Mutuelles Assistance is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing equipment malfunctions and estimating repair times
  • Preparing quotations for customers and managing spare parts inventory
  • Repairing equipment and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing customer hotline and providing technical support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve equipment performance and resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Technical background with at least 2 years' experience in technical services for medical equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of electronics, electricity, mechanics, and metrology tools
  • Good understanding of IT, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and filing skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams

Working Conditions

This is a temporary 6-month contract with a possibility of extension up to 12 months. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer satisfaction.
