Your Role
You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating relationships between the organization, suppliers, and customers. Drive business growth by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing key stakeholder relationships across geographies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand business trends and forecasts, consolidating input to management
- Provide market intelligence and competitive watch, evaluating and managing market-specific sales strategies and new business opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising
- Ensure the sales and technical teams are enabled with the go-to-market strategy

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies and managing programs in the IT industry
- Fluency in English
- Effective communication with people at all levels
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

What We Offer
- Attractive employee compensation package: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, consisting of base and variable compensation
