Lead Inside Sales Team to Drive Revenue Growth

Sin nombre is seeking a seasoned sales leader to lead our Inside Sales team and drive revenue growth in a hyper-growth environment. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Team: Directly manage a team of 20+ sales professionals and through Sales Managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in their roles.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Attract and hire experienced sales leaders and individual contributors, and provide ongoing coaching and development to help them grow in their careers.
- Drive Sales Performance: Own the rapid onboarding process for new team members, foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle, and encourage continuous learning and development.
- Align with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on key metrics and objectives, and drive business growth through effective sales and negotiation practices.
- Lead by Example: Set the tone for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience covering the full sales cycle, with a strong understanding of sales methodology and techniques.
- Experience selling in multiple geographic areas and hiring, motivating, coaching, and developing teams.
- Profound leadership skills, with a passion for talent growth and building high-performing collaborative teams.
