About the Role

**Senior Manager for Marketing Analytics**

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our growth engineering team and drive commercial outcomes for Canonical through data and technology. As a Senior Manager for Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our marketing technology stack, as well as owning reporting and analytics throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth engineering team, comprising data analysts, performance marketers, lifecycle marketers, and marketing automation specialists.
  • Design and implement Canonical's marketing technology stack, including commercial applications and open source solutions.
  • Own reporting and analytics throughout the customer lifecycle, from ABM to customer retention.
  • Develop and track OKRs and conversion rates across the marketing and revenue funnels.
  • Optimize lead scoring, lead flow, and cadences to increase conversion rates across marketing and sales.
  • Develop web analytics and SEO practices to sustain high levels of organic user and customer acquisition.
  • Drive Return On Ad Spend optimization through attribution methodologies, advanced targeting, and channel exploration.
  • Ensure marketing data cleanliness and completeness through data governance policies and management practices.
  • Champion an experimentation culture by supporting the business with processes, tooling, and expertise.
