We are now seeking an experienced European Revenue Growth Management Director to join our passionate Commercial team in Spain-Europe. Based at our headquarters in Barcelona, this individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth across the region.
Mission and ObjectivesThe mission of this role is to create and implement a framework that drives strong Revenue Growth Management (RGM) programs, ensuring sustainable growth and maximizing business profitability by understanding customer and category Profit & Loss statements.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and report the RGM program across the European region, coordinating with different Business Units.
- Create and roll out the GB RGM framework and tools, enabling consistent data analysis across Europe.
- Lead the Pricing Board for Europe, developing key pricing policies, identifying 3Net/5Net corridors, and curating critical pricing opportunities.
- Mix: Help countries identify and prioritize portfolio opportunities by channel and client.
- Promo: Assist countries in optimizing promotional investments by category and channel, establishing key rules for promo investment.
- Trade Terms: Identify trade terms risks and opportunities across Europe, developing strategies to address them.
- Lead fuel reallocation discussions at the European level (BU, category, and customer).
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field. A high English proficiency level (C1 at least) is required.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is around €120,000-€150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes base salary and performance-related bonuses.
