Your primary responsibilities will be focused on managing product development from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This includes defining and executing the product vision and strategy, taking into account market analysis, trends, and customer feedback. Effective collaboration with the business development team is crucial in creating and executing product launch and positioning campaigns.

Some key tasks you will undertake include:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product development
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute effective product launch and positioning campaigns
  • Offer Collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team to generate customer offers
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and adjust product strategies accordingly
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess product success and make necessary adjustments
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure that their needs are reflected in the products developed
  • Continuous Innovation: Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and the generation of new ideas

We require experts with a degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or a related field. Professional experience in Product Management in Technology or Software sectors is essential. Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and product lifecycle management is also required. Experience with product management tools and data analysis is highly valued. Strong communication and strategic thinking skills are necessary for simultaneous management of multiple projects.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a hybrid working model, 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area, flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer.
