Product Marketing Strategist for Biometric Innovation

Veridas is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Strategist to drive our biometric and identity verification marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a product marketing strategy that positions Veridas as a leading player in the industry.
Main Responsibilities- Bridge Teams: You will serve as the primary connector between our product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This includes working closely with the product team to understand the latest features and innovations, with sales to ensure they have the necessary tools to close deals, and with marketing to deliver the right message to the right audience.
- Market Expertise: You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive movements. Whether analyzing emerging trends, monitoring competitor strategies, or identifying shifts in customer expectations, you will turn these insights into actionable strategies that position Veridas ahead of the curve.
- Drive Impactful Product Launches: You will oversee all product launch initiatives, from go-to-market planning to execution. This includes working cross-functionally to develop compelling messaging and positioning, setting clear sales objectives, and ensuring our products resonate with key audiences in different regions.
- E empower Sales Teams: You will play a vital role in enabling our sales teams by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and content they need to succeed. This may include creating product demos, training programs, and sales decks, as well as developing in-depth competitive analysis and market insights.
- Create Customer-Centric Strategies: Your deep understanding of our customers will drive the development of messaging and positioning that speaks directly to their pain points. You will continuously refine these strategies to ensure we are meeting customer needs today and anticipating where the market is going tomorrow.
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading product marketing teams and driving successful strategies within a company.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages that resonate with customers.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
