About Axiom Software Solutions

We are a leading software company, and we are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Onsite Search Strategist to join our team in Barcelona Sant Cugat – Spain.

Salary: €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Senior Onsite Search Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust onsite search strategy that improves the overall user experience and increases conversion rates. This includes optimizing the search bar results, SRP dash facet optimization, product spotlights, category links, promotion banners, and campaigns.

You will work closely with the e-commerce merchandising team to plan and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns on various real estates on the stores by leveraging the tools' capabilities. You will also analyze Google Analytics data and make insights to fuel growth in the online store ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Create a robust onsite search strategy for digital direct business
  • Own onsite search regionally, contributing to company-wide knowledge by sharing best practices with stakeholders
  • Always ensure best relevancy for onsite searches
  • Continuous optimization of the search bar results (pinning, boosts, Berry, synonymous, popular search keywords, redirects, etc)
  • Optimization of search result page (SRP) dash facet optimization, product spotlights, category links, promotion banners, campaigns, etc
  • Plan and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns on various real estates on the stores by leveraging the tools' capabilities
  • Analyze Google Analytics data and make insights
  • Data Analytics + Campaign management knowledge + Data Obsession
  • SQL Knowledge, web analytics (HTML)
  • Certifications Needed: SQL OR HTML OR Any email campaigning tools certification
