Job Description: We are seeking a skilled European Revenue Growth Management Director to join our commercial team in Spain. Based at our headquarters in Barcelona, you will play a key role in driving business growth across Europe. Your mission will be to create and implement a framework for revenue growth management that ensures sustainable growth and maximizes business profitability. This involves understanding customer and category profit and loss statements, as well as identifying key pricing opportunities and optimizing promotional investments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RGM program across Europe, coordinating with various business units.
  • Create and roll out the GB RGM framework and tools for consistent reading across Europe.
  • Develop and lead the Pricing Board for Europe, creating key pricing policies and identifying critical pricing opportunities.
  • Mix: Help countries identify and impulse key portfolio opportunities by channel and client.
  • Promo: Assist countries in optimizing promotional investments by category and channel.
  • Trade Terms: Identify trade terms risks and opportunities across Europe and develop strategies.
  • Lead the fuel reallocation discussion at the European level.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • High English language proficiency (C1 level or higher).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field.
