Role Overview

Sonder Inc. is seeking a skilled Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces, promoting a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Support multiple Sonder properties throughout the local market, as required, and assist market leadership with administrative tasks to keep all operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and a desire to "get it done" for our guests.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, and comfortable switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications.
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
