About the Role
At Sonder, we're revolutionizing hospitality by providing hotel-like services in a unique setting. We're seeking a Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team in Megeve, France. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be the face of Sonder, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and delivering top-notch hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
• Be the primary point of contact for guests, providing friendly and professional service
• Utilize our digital communication systems to respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Participate in administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency
• Assist with housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance tasks
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house areas
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in languages other than English a plus
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing roles
• French is essential
