**The Role**

As a Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you'll be the face of Sonder, working collaboratively with our team to create an exceptional first impression for our guests, visitors, and partners. You'll guide guests through our technology-rich experience, ensuring they make the most of their stay by engaging with our app and self-service features.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Communicate with guests in-person and through digital channels to anticipate and address their needs
* Handle guest interactions with the highest quality of service and professionalism
* Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces
* Support the back-of-house team on a day-to-day basis as needed
* Assist market leadership with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

**What We're Looking For**

* Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality service
* Personable, service-minded, and positive attitude
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs
* Strong computer literacy and writing skills
