Job Summary

As a Front Desk Supervisor at Hilton Worldwide, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of service to our guests. This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, with a focus on training and teamwork.
  • Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs.
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.

Requirements
  • Front office experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector.
  • Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities.
  • Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
