Application Support Specialist

The Seville office is responsible for developing and maintaining the Upstream Data platform of Sportradar's world-leading sports betting services, providing data to hundreds of bookmakers globally, seen by millions of users daily, and supporting over 100k transactions per second.
We are seeking motivated, confident, team-oriented individuals with excellent skills and a commitment to best practices.
THE ROLE:
Success will be evaluated based on quality and performance in work assigned by the line manager, quality and accuracy in ticket resolution, and quality in documentation creation.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Providing technical support and ensuring SLAs are met with customers, communicating with customers and stakeholders about incident escalation progress, and ensuring escalation procedures are followed.
Logs analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring tool analysis, and documentation updates are also key responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a support service second line or equivalent role, experience and understanding of SQL language, and Windows Server or Linux Server administration.
Log file analysis understanding, TCP/IP Networks basic concepts knowledge, and internet network knowledge are also required.
Any monitoring system, software development, or system administration experience is an advantage, as is adherence to IT policies and processes to ensure consistent quality of service.
Experience with GitLab or any CD/CI tool would be beneficial, as would persistent and loyal individuals with a demonstrated teamwork attitude and experience.
