Sales Business Developer for Olive Oil Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies for our olive oil equipment division.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs and buying behavior.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the business division.
- Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
- Establish strong connections with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
- Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers.
- Accurately record and track sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify and resolve complex project challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
