About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the olive oil equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing expert technical support to customers, and building strong relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the business division, leveraging your knowledge of olive oil production processes and equipment.
  • Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Establish strong connections with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
  • Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex project challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
