About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the Olive Oil Equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the olive oil market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
  • Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • A passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
