About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies for our olive oil equipment division.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior in the agro-industrial sector.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies and plans for the business division, leveraging your expertise in olive oil production processes and equipment.
  3. Market Engagement: Engage with industry professionals, attend conferences and exhibitions, and participate in seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
  4. Customer Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  5. Technical Support: Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  6. CRM Management: Accurately record and track sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless data management.
  7. Problem-Solving: Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify and resolve complex project challenges, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
  3. Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  6. A passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
