About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Sales Engineer for our olive oil equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing expert technical support to customers, and building strong relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the business division.
  • Market Engagement: Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish strong connections with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and track sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify and resolve complex project challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
