Job Title: Service Sales Engineer for Olive Oil & Wine Market

Alfa Laval Iberica is seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Sales Engineer to join our team in the Iberica region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the olive oil and wine sectors.

About the Job

We are looking for a talented individual who can analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop and implement business strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our Authorized Service Provider (ASP) network, aligning procedures, and training ASPs on product and application knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales plans and strategies
  • Manage and grow the ASP network, ensuring excellent customer service and support
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with local and central service organizations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and convert leads into business opportunities
