About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator Support to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of ad hoc projects, driving continuous improvement across the team.
  • Support the organization and coordination of events, market visits, team meetings, and Townhalls, as well as calendarization and BUR management.
  • Provide administrative support to leaders, including onboarding new hires, business conduct, and call monitoring, equipment, accesses, and support.
  • Act as a VP Assistant, handling travel arrangements, agenda organization, expense reports, and follow-ups.
  • Manage calendar activities, coordinate business meetings, and oversee technical logistics, facilities, catering, and meeting materials.
  • Support key HC reporting and complex presentations, as well as provide administrative assistance to leaders.
  • Manage contract signature processes and support audits and governance systems access.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Administrative experience in a large organization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
