Job Title: Sales Manager for Iberia

At Blu Selection, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Iberian and Italian markets. As our company continues to grow and expand its influence globally, we need a talented individual to drive our sales strategy and build strong relationships with clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the full sales cycle on the Iberian and Italian markets, identifying key client relationships and driving new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of our solutions, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product features, capabilities, and benefits.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with market trends, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth.
• Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, efficiently managing and coordinating all sales activities to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Full fluency in Spanish and English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Portuguese or Italian is a plus).
• Affinity with technical product selling, especially focused on modular booth systems.
• Min. 5 years of Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience involving product selling.
• Availability, drive, and willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures.
• Self-starter, who is highly motivated and capable of operating effectively and autonomously from a remote location.
