Job Description
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people - our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via various channels and resolve user demands
• Log call details into call management systems and provide timely responses within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLA)
• Maintain knowledge and expertise on applications specific to individual customers
• Escalate potential service issues to mentors for resolution

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent in French with advanced English language skills
• Possess working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office/internet configuration
• Have a good disposition to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Possess strong customer care skills to listen and understand customer needs
• Can take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate them for further assistance
