Back Office Specialist with German Language Skills

Are you a native German speaker with a passion for the automotive industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Back-Office Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our operational support team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our clients, including major insurers, brokers, fleet managers, and automobile manufacturers.
Our client offers a range of services, including 24/7 omnichannel customer service, a network of approved workshops, and highly optimized claims management. As a Back-Office Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the administrative management of our customer relationship center, generating billing, and collecting necessary information from insurers and garages.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a native or bilingual level of spoken and written German, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and results-oriented approach.
We offer a competitive salary of 22,500 € gross per year, as well as a range of benefits, including a ticket restaurant, mutual medical, and a stable position with a permanent contract directly with the company. Responsibilities:
- Register data to facilitate the administrative management of the customer relationship center.
- Enter data to generate billing, thus triggering payments for the benefit of members.
- Collect necessary information from the insurer and/or garages through different communication channels (call, mail, system) to introduce it into the systems and start the repair of vehicles in the workshop network.
- Receive calls from garages to cancel the repair order.
Requirements:
- Mandatory native/bilingual level of spoken and written German.
- Very good command of Spanish and/or English.
- Valuable previous experience in administration or Back office.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with email and Internet.
- Dynamic person with initiative.
- Customer service orientation.
- Capacity for communication and synthesis.
- Organized, responsible, and results-oriented.
- Available to start working immediately in Barcelona.
