Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Specialist with German language skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for central recording of incoming inquiries, providing professional technical responses, and recognizing process weaknesses.
Key Responsibilities- Central recording of incoming inquiries from Media Markt and Saturn Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as external business partners and customers.
- Professional technical response to incoming inquiries in accounting for cash register/customer, costs, conditions/commissions, and goods.
- Recognition and placement of process weaknesses.
- Contact person for suppliers and back office for clarification cases in finance.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles and concepts.
- Teamwork ability.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-management.
