Back-office Specialist with German Language Skills

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Back-office Specialist with fluent German language skills to join our team at Randstad Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Register data to facilitate the administrative management of the customer relationship center
- Enter data to generate billing and trigger payments for the benefit of members
- Collect necessary information from insurance companies and/or workshops through various communication channels
- Introduce collected information into systems to start vehicle repair processes in the company's workshop network
- Receive calls from garages to cancel repair orders
Requirements
- Mandatory native/bilingual level of spoken and written German
- Very good command of Spanish and/or English
- Valuable previous experience in administration or back-office
- Knowledge of MS Office advanced and experience working with email and internet
- Dynamic person with initiative
- Customer service orientation
- Capacity for communication and synthesis
- Organized, responsible, and results-oriented
