Quality Assurance Specialist with German Language Skills

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Audit and Insight team at Mygwork, a leading platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Quality Assurance Specialist with German language skills, you will play a crucial role in auditing seller registration, verification, and compliance checks for different marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits to identify process deviations and defects, and analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
- Communicate with external customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide quality updates.
- Develop strategic policies to improve process efficiency and simplify operations.
- Produce regular analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, and identify opportunities for quality improvements.
- Take ownership of self-development and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to enhance individual growth.
The Audit and Insight team is responsible for generating insights and providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance seller experience, efficiency, and operational excellence. We are a collaborative and engaged team, eager to share our expertise and best practices with you.
