As a Quality Assurance Specialist with German language skills, you will play a crucial role in auditing seller registration, verification, and compliance checks for different marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits of seller registration and verification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and peers to drive calibration efforts across sites and engage in projects and Kaizen initiatives to improve processes and tools.
- Develop strategic policies to ensure process simplification and improvement, and take ownership of self-development and growth.
- Produce regular analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, and perform data-mining and analysis to support programs and identify new metrics for quality improvements.
- Experience with Excel and proficiency in data-driven business operations processes.
- Fluency in English and German languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with external customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations, and experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies (desirable).
