- Support the back office team in maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency

**Requirements:**
- Native or full professional level of German
- Professional level of English
- Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts
- Prior experience in Customer Service/Technical Support or Back Office
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
