German Business Growth Specialist

At German-World, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled German Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Acquisition Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our internal New Business Sales teams across the European markets.
Responsibilities:- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
- Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team's needs
- Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target
- Provide weekly reporting/analysis of work in a presentable format
- 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research
- Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education
- B2 level or higher of market being supported
- Native level of German
- Advanced level of English
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
