Join Our Team as a Business Operations Specialist With German Language

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Business Operations Specialist With German Language, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our yachts portfolio, maintaining and improving data quality, and supporting other company departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and curate boat profiles, ensuring accurate and attractive listings for our customers.
  • Analyze and optimize pricing and data to ensure we offer the correct product on our website.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve content quality, data, and the overall appeal of our offered boats.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to ensure seamless and satisfying experiences for our customers.
  • Strengthen partnerships in your assigned region, communicating effectively with our partners to gather essential information and address any issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English languages (fluent in both languages).
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for precision, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • Quick to learn and adapt, ready to embrace the fast-paced startup world.
  • Excellent at working with others, and solving problems together.
  • Good with numbers and data, making smart decisions based on insights.
  • Effective time management, prioritizing tasks to meet goals and deadlines.
