Job Title: Business Operations Specialist with German

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist with German language skills to join our team at Boataround. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our yachts portfolio, maintaining and improving data quality, and supporting other company departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and curate boat profiles, ensuring accurate and attractive listings for our customers.
  • Strengthen partnerships in your assigned region, communicating effectively with partners to gather essential information and address any issues.
  • Support our customer service team, ensuring seamless and satisfying experiences for our customers.
  • Analyze and optimize pricing and data to ensure we offer the correct product on our website.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to improve content quality, data, and the overall appeal of the offered boats in your region.
Requirements:
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English languages (fluent in both languages).
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for precision, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • Quick to learn and adapt, ready to embrace the fast-paced startup world.
  • Excellent at working with others, and solving problems together.
  • Creative in thinking of new ways to improve our offerings and processes.
  • Good with numbers and data, making smart decisions based on insights.
  • Effective time management, prioritizing tasks to meet goals and deadlines.
