About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Global Director of Channels & Alliances. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partner strategy, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing team to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including digital agencies, systems integrators, and technology platform providers
  • Lead a high-performing team of partner managers and sales professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner strategies into broader sales goals
  • Develop and implement processes and best practices to drive consistent success in partner engagement and sales

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of management experience leading a channel partner team, with a strong background in enterprise or mid-market software sales
  • 3-5 years of direct experience managing partnerships with digital agencies, systems integrators, and strategic technology platforms
  • Proven success in high-growth environments, with a track record of growing, coaching, and scaling diverse, high-performing partner teams
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to identify trends, drive performance, and optimize partner strategies
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and action at all levels of the organization
