At Zerog - Ai In Aviation, we're on a mission to revolutionize the aviation industry with cutting-edge AI technology. As a Global Director of Channels & Alliances, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success by developing and managing our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a high level of performance and growth.
  • Cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with global and regional partners at the VP and C-Level, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Establish and refine processes, create best practices, and develop scalable models for global GTM initiatives to drive consistent success.
  • Actively participate in and drive your team's joint GTM activities, ensuring the alignment of pipeline and revenue goals with the Global Direct Sales motion.
  • Serve as the senior stakeholder in both internal and customer-facing engagements, providing a clear escalation path for critical issues.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless integration of partner strategies into broader sales goals.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and professional development for Partner Managers and the broader sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Conduct weekly forecasts, manage sales development goals, and ensure the team meets or exceeds metrics and quota targets.
  • Collaborate proactively with Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, HR, and Customer Success teams to ensure comprehensive and successful partner engagements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience, with 7+ years of management experience leading a channel partner team, and a strong background in enterprise or mid-market software sales.
  • Channel/partner management expertise, with 3-5 years of direct experience managing partnerships with digital agencies, systems integrators, and strategic technology platforms.
  • Proven success in high-growth environments, with demonstrated ability to grow, coach, and scale diverse, high-performing partner teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Data-driven decision making, with a strong analytical mindset, utilizing data to identify trends, drive performance, and optimize partner strategies.
  • Effective communication and leadership, with a highly effective communicator who is curious, empathetic, and able to inspire confidence and action at all levels of the organization.
  • Executive presence, with a confident yet humble leader with prior experience engaging with executive-level customers and partners.
  • Willingness to travel, with availability to travel up to 33% of the time to support partner and team initiatives across the globe.
  • Technical proficiency, with experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other common office productivity tools.
