Global Director of Channels

We're on a mission to empower businesses to thrive locally, and we're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Global Director of Channels & Alliances. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partner ecosystem, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team of partner managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team of partner managers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with global and regional partners, including digital agencies, systems integrators, and technology platform partners.
- Develop and implement processes and best practices for global go-to-market initiatives, ensuring consistent success and growth.
- Actively participate in and drive joint go-to-market activities with the sales team, ensuring alignment of pipeline and revenue goals.
- Serve as a senior stakeholder in internal and customer-facing engagements, providing a clear escalation path for critical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure comprehensive and successful partner engagements.
- 7+ years of management experience leading a channel partner team, with a strong background in enterprise or mid-market software sales.
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing partnerships with digital agencies, systems integrators, and strategic technology platforms.
- Proven success in high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to grow, coach, and scale diverse, high-performing partner teams.
- Data-driven decision making, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to identify trends and drive performance.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and action at all levels of the organization.
- Executive presence, with prior experience engaging with executive-level customers and partners.
- Availability to travel up to 33% of the time to support partner and team initiatives across the globe.
