Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of partner managers and sales professionals.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with global and regional partners at the VP and C-Level.
- Establish and refine processes for global GTM initiatives to drive consistent success.
- Actively participate in and drive joint GTM activities with the sales team.
- Provide hands-on coaching and professional development for partner managers and the broader sales team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of management experience leading a channel partner team.
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing partnerships with digital agencies, systems integrators, and strategic technology platforms.
- Proven success in high-growth environments and ability to grow, coach, and scale diverse, high-performing partner teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to utilize data to identify trends, drive performance, and optimize partner strategies.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and action at all levels of the organization.
